Deliveroo Filming

Dear residents,

We are writing to let you about some photography that will be taking place at Chobham Manor on Wednesday 31st July.

Chobham Manor LLP has granted a production company permission to take some photographs in Abercrombie Road and Coopers Lane for a new Deliveroo advertising campaign. The photographs will be of actors and bicycles on the pavement only and will not include details that might identify any homes or people. The production company has assured us that the privacy of all residents will be fully respected.

The photoshoot is unlikely to take more than an hour in each street and should not cause any inconvenience to you. However, if you do have any questions or concerns please contact ChobhamManor1@lqgroup.org.uk

Many thanks,

Estate Management Team

This initiative is to bring communities together and develop a sustainable change to bring about cohesion within communities by tackling root causes of social problems through sport.

There is huge demand to join the Community Sport programme from all new and existing local residents inside the borough. We are the only sport academy in London that offers continuous free Football and with over 1100+ members (780 children and 325 adults).

From our work within the London Olympic Park postcode of E20, the project has been recognised by the FA as we’ve been shortlisted for the Community Project of the year award (Feb 19), we have also recently won the Newham Community Project of the Year award (Oct 18). We aim to expand our ideas of bringing communities close together through the sport of football.

Construction work taking place at burnell house from 17th July till 24th July 2019.

Dear Residents,

We are writing to inform you that there will be work taking place on Burnell House façade starting on Wednesday 17th July with an anticipated completion date of 24th July.

To enable full access to the façade it will require the use of a Mobile Elevated Working Platforms a Cherry Picker and a Scissor Lift. Majority of the work will be taking place on the front elevation of the building facing out onto the Velodrome and we do not anticipate that it will cause disruption to residents or pedestrians as the working area will be fully barriered off and supervised at all times by supervisor and machine operator.

We trust this information is useful and if you have any questions then please contact Matthew Aylen Regeneration Performance Manager by email at: matt.aylen@taylorwimpey.com or the 24/7 Park hotline on 0800 0722 110.
