New information for residents:
Last week we provided the commercial unit update below which lists the proposed rental of a unit to Papa Johns Pizza restaurant/takeaway.
Following this update we received a few emails raising concerns to which Chobham Manor LLP have listened and re-engaged with Papa Johns to obtain further mitigation measures.
At this time, as some of these measures cannot be agreed or guaranteed, we have come to a mutual decision to cancel the current proposed tenancy.
The summary below lists a plan of the commercial units that are either occupied or under offer at Chobham Manor. The three units, NISA Local, N Family Club (Nursery) and J Abdan Dry Cleaners are under offer are all targeted to open for business for use by residents by the end of this year. As mentioned above, Papa Johns proposed tenancy has been cancelled.
The other commercial units in the scheme are either being used by the CMLLP (temporary sales offices etc.) or are currently being openly marketed by two local commercial agents. We are aiming to have all the units leased and occupied by the end of construction (subject to market conditions).
