Using key components within your home – New and Existing residents

Hi All,

First and foremost, for those who have just purchased their new home, welcome to the Chobham Manor development and we hope you are settling into your new home. The LLP are conscious that the new Omicron variant has made it difficult for some services such as home demonstrations to be effectively delivered.

We ordinarily would engage with our residents and provide you with a live, face-to-face tutorial of how to use certain components of your home. However, we find ourselves in an unprecedented period of time whereby ensuring the wellbeing of our residents holds priority.

As such, the LLP have worked in collaboration to share with you some important and useful video guides to ensure you are able to make the most of your home during Christmas. You can access the videos by visiting the following link.

Christmas Staffing Update – L&Q

In light of the Christmas break, I wanted to ensure you was aware of the following staffing update in relation to estate management and caretaking services.

Christmas Eve – caretaking services will operate until 1pm

Christmas Day – No service

Monday 27/12 – No service

Boxing Day – No service

Abercrombie Road

Abercrombie Road – Residents Visitor Parking

Hi All,

First and foremost,  I want to wish everyone of you a sincere Merry Christmas. I hope the festive season brings about an abundance of joy and laughter with you and your loved ones. Please also remain safe.

The Chobham Manor Residents Association (CMRA) have requested for the parking on Abercrombie Road to be extended over the holiday period and the LLP are more than happy to accommodate.

From 18:00, on the 24th December until 6:00, 4th January 2022 residents will be able to use the parking spaces along Abercrombie Road 24 hours a day using the residents discount code.

On the following days, Abercrombie Road only will not be enforced by PCM so please refrain from paying for your parking sessions.

  • Boxing Day
  • New Year’s Day
