Dear Residents,

Your thoughts about developing an engagement strategy for Chobham Manor Building a strong community is key to the aspirations we have for Chobham Manor. As part of this we know we need to have a clear engagement strategy to set out community priorities, values and to frame how we can work together.

To help develop the strategy we have appointed a team of independent research and engagement specialists – Kaizen. Over the last 3 weeks members of the Kaizen team have been out in the community speaking with residents and have already interviewed 130 members of the community.

It’s still possible to share your views if you have not participated already, we would really like to know your thoughts about the area in which you live. See below the different ways you can participate as part of the process; the survey will be closing on Sunday 19th May 2019.

You can:

  • Give your views via an online survey:
  • Be interviewed by one of the Kaizen team who will be out and about at Chobham Manor.
  • Be interviewed over the phone. To book a telephone interview call our hotline number 020 3923 9221 and one of the team will call you back and arrange a convenient time for an interview.
  • Complete a paper copy of the survey – if you would like a paper copy call 020 3923 9221 and we’ll pop one in the post, if required we can also provide a large print version of the survey.

We encourage everyone to take part in whatever way works best for you; whether you have lived in Chobham Manor for a while or just moved in. The more people we hear from, the more we will learn and the greater the impact of the research.
