Date: Saturday 3 March 2018
Time: 7:00pm onwards
Place: Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London, E20 2ST
A 5K run like no other is returning to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Saturday 3 March at 7pm.
Take on this enchanting journey of light and sound through the iconic grounds of Olympic Park by night. With fancy dress strongly encouraged – the brighter the better – grab your fluorescent clothes, head torches and glow sticks and take on this challenge with your friends and family.
Voted ‘5K of the Year’ in the Women’s Running Reader Awards 2017, expect to be swept away on a distinctively magical experience at this 5K run at dusk whilst gracing the grounds of World Athletics Champions.
The jaw-dropping Supernova Run route takes in the ArcelorMittal Orbit, Stratford Waterfront, London Aquatics Centre and the Olympic Park Stadium itself for a 5K with a difference.
Get a group together (and we mean everyone – grandparents, uncles, aunties, parents, kids, friends!), dig out the fluorescent clothing and grab everything and anything that glows or flashes to light up the Park and make it look even more spectacular. You decide your own speed – whether you’re an experienced runner or just want to stroll around with family or friends taking everything in as you do so, this event is for you!
There’s still time to enter, but not long! All entries are closing on Wednesday 28 February at 5pm. To find out more and get involved click here www.supernovarun.com/events/olympic-park
