We are aware of the power outage which has effected most, if not all residents on Chobham Manor Phase 1. I have made contact with GTC who manage the network of power to understand the scale of the problem and the time frame for resolution.
At this current stage, GTC are still investigating the issue and cannot confirm a time frame for resolution. However, residents can visit https://www.gtc-uk.co.uk/live-incidents/ to see the latest updates by typing in their postcode. Don’t forget, you can also register your number for SMS updates inline with the progress being made with the network.
Please note, this is not a fault that can be resolved by any contractors, so please do not call through to L&Q or Taylor Wimpey. This will only lead to unnecessary charges.
From historic incidents, I note that some water tanks require a reset – we have this earmarked for action, should it be neccessary.
