Post occupancy evaluation (POE)

Dear residents,

The POE is an opportunity for you to feedback on how your home and neighbourhood works for you, we would really appreciate it if you could get involved with this survey.

What is the POE about?

The LLDC is carrying out a study about your home and neighbourhood, we want to find out what works and what does not work so well, to help us to learn and improve future developments. We are inviting residents of phase 1 Chobham Manor to give their views about their homes and neighbourhood as part of a Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) survey. The POE will involve conducting resident surveys to gather feedback and gathering data on the level of energy and water used in homes, together with broader environmental data. Information collected from this study will be analysed and used to help inform the design of new homes that we are yet to build. We have appointed an independent team to help us deliver the study. We would be very grateful if you would like to get involved.
