Children Play Areas – Update inline with Government guidance
Children Play Areas
Throughout this pandemic, our number one priority has been the health and safety of our residents and staff. To continue to keep you safe, our play areas will remain closed until we are completely satisfied that all the necessary measures are in place to enable us to reopen them.
I appreciate how frustrating this must be for families and we don’t mean to add to the pressure you may already be facing as a result of this crisis.
As the managing agent of the play area, before we can reopen these facilities we need to carry out individual risk assessments in line with the latest government guidance. We anticipate that once these assessments are carried out, most play areas will require adaptations and tailored safety measures to be put in place.
We’re currently developing plans to carry out this work so we can safely reopen play areas as soon as possible, but we do expect this to be a complex and lengthy process. We’ll keep you updated on this as and when the situation changes.
In the meantime, if you have any queries regarding this matter, please get in touch with our Property Management team at ChobhamManor1@lqgroup.org.uk
