Rain Garden Gate

Dear Residents,

We would like to advise you all that the gate to the rain garden playground will be removed tomorrow, for a short period of time.

This is due to some works that were carried out recently.

Regrettably we have recently discovered that the quality of works completed by the specialist powder coating contractor are substandard.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but please be assured that L&Q have requested a recall for these works. The removal of the gate at the rain garden play area will take place tomorrow(5.8.20),  and these works will take approximately 2- 3 days to complete. Please note whilst the gate is removed temporary barriers will be put in its place, and signage will be erected.

Please be assured that the play area in the rain garden will remain open, and signage will also be placed to advise residents why the gate has been removed.
