Commercial Unit update for Chobham Manor

By way of update please find below a summary list and plan of the commercial units that are either occupied, or are under offer at Chobham Manor. The four units under offer are all targeted to open for business for use by residents by the end of this year.

The other commercial units in the scheme are either being used by the CMLLP (temporary sales offices etc.) or are currently being openly marketed by two local commercial agents. We are aiming to have all the units leased and occupied by the end of construction (subject to market conditions).

As you may be aware, there has been some correspondence regarding the Papa John commercial unit therefore we have attached their mitigation measures which will form part of their lease here: Papa Johns Commercial Unit Mitigation Measures
