New Weekly Drop In Sessions

Dear Resident

 

We are writing to advise that we will be introducing weekly drop-in sessions. These will be held at the L&Q Site Office on Peloton Avenue.

This will be an opportunity for residents to come in and see us in person, to discuss any issues or concerns they may have.  It will also be an opportunity for us to build a stronger relationship with our residents whilst also being more accessible to our residents across the scheme.

There will 2 separate sessions each week and will start week commencing Monday 12th September 2022.

 

Please see details below:

 

Every Tuesday 10am – 2pm will be run by Neighbourhood Housing Lead, Charleen Plante

Every Wednesday 11am – 3pm will be run by Neighbourhood Housing Lead, Kemi Adeyeri.

 

Please note these will be walk in sessions, so there will be no need to book a slot, you can turn up anytime between the hours stated above on the relevant day.

We will be trialing these sessions for next few months to see how effective they are, so therefore would welcome your feedback as these progress and we will review after this period to see if we need to make any changes to the current structure of the sessions.
